The Invitation
We are not asking investors to fund another conference or another nonprofit initiative. We are inviting them to become Founding Builders of the platform the global water sector has never had. Founding Builders are not funding the finished institution — they are funding the foundation of an institution that will grow for decades.
The Pitch, in One Minute
01 — The truth
Water underpins every economy, every industry, and now AI itself — yet it remains invisible in boardrooms and capital markets. 40% is lost daily through aging infrastructure, and $1T in asset value is exposed by 2040.
02 — The gap
Finance has Bloomberg. Leadership has Davos. Creativity has Cannes. Water has no global platform. The capital is ready — $70B was in the room at Davos — but nothing connects it to water at scale.
03 — The insight
People don't invest in activities. They invest in platforms. Make water visible → understandable → investable → stable, and capital follows the conviction.
04 — The vehicle
WaterHouse is that platform — a permanent presence where the world's influence gathers, turning culture into conviction and conviction into capital.
05 — The moment
AI and data centers have made water economically unavoidable. The category is forming now — and whoever builds the platform helps define the market.
06 — The ask
$800,000 to build the platform that helps unlock billions. Founding Partners don't fund a conference — they fund the foundation of an institution that will grow for decades.
A Note of Welcome
We're glad you're here. WaterRising Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with United Nations ECOSOC Special Consultative Status, founded in response to the Flint water crisis. WaterHouse is the global platform we built to make the world's most essential resource visible — and investable. Before we talk about how to participate, we'd like to share who we are, what we're building, and why your partnership matters.
Executive Summary
Finance has Bloomberg House. Leadership has the World Economic Forum. Creativity has Cannes Lions. Water — despite being foundational to every economy, community, and increasingly to AI and data-center infrastructure — has never had a permanent global platform of its own. WaterHouse fills that gap.
We connect the water ecosystem rather than replace it: linking capital, intelligence, creativity, infrastructure, and communities so that water moves from invisible, to understandable, to investable. Our convenings sit alongside the world's most influential gatherings — Davos, Cannes Lions, Lake Como, the UN General Assembly, and UN Water — where trust is built and capital decisions are made.
The opportunity is significant and time-sensitive: roughly $1 trillion in asset value to protect by 2040 and an estimated $100 billion in private capital to mobilize. Founding Partners help build the institution at its formation stage — and help shape the market before it institutionalizes.
Why Partner With WaterHouse
Founding Partners help define the standards, language, and benchmarks of an emerging asset class — before it institutionalizes.
A seat in private rooms with family offices, infrastructure capital, policymakers, and operators — convened where decisions are actually made.
The research, assessments, and insight layer the sector lacks — built to make invisible water risk understandable and actionable.
Your support funds the foundation of an institution designed to grow for decades — and to protect water for generations.
$800,000 to build the platform that helps unlock billions.
Your raise is the platform. The platform attracts the capital. The capital builds the infrastructure. That is a completely different proposition from funding water infrastructure itself.
Founding Builder Tiers
Four ways to anchor the ecosystem at its formation stage — each with deeper access, recognition, and co-investment pathways.
The 12–18 Month Build
WaterHouse activations at WEF, Cannes Lions, UNGA, UN Water, and the Italy dinner series — day programming into evening family-office dinners.
Family-office intelligence, the Water Stability methodology with Equarius, the Protected Asset Value framework, and the annual Intelligence Report.
Digital platform infrastructure, Water Interactive pilots, Water Studios' first content, and the intelligence-layer dashboard.
Chief of Staff, Marketing & Content, Content Creator, and Events Coordinator — the team that executes the platform.
Creative campaign development, the Young Lions brief, outdoor media, social content, and creator collaborations.
$1T in asset value protected. $100B in private capital mobilized. WaterHouse — the Bloomberg of water.
The Manifesto
Every civilization is built on water. Every economy depends on it. Every AI system requires it. Yet the infrastructure that sustains our world remains largely invisible.
We built WaterRising Institute to change that from the inside — through research, policy, and trusted relationships. We built WaterHouse to change that from the outside — through creativity, culture, and capital. Davos demonstrated that water has a capital problem. Cannes demonstrated that water has a visibility problem. WaterHouse exists to solve both.
